Rates payments are due -

- 2nd Instalment - 7 December 2012
- 3rd Instalment - 1 March 2013
- 4th Instalment - 7 June 2013
Dog Registration Renewals are due -
- 31st August 2012 (a late fee applies after this date).
Online Payments Information
Accepted Credit Cards
The links provided through our Online Payments Category allow you to make payment in an environment
secured by our Global Server Digital ID Certificate.
Rates
To make an online Rates payment using your credit card you will require your Assessment Number as
the Customer Reference Number. This information can be found on your Quarterly Rates Notice.
The system will automatically enter the amount currently due but, if you wish to, this is simply
modified by typing over the amount showing. Dollar figures can be entered as 99.00 or 99.
Council Invoices
Please ensure you use your Debtor Number shown on your Council invoice when making online payments.
Dogs Renewals
Dog payments can be made online for renewals only. Tranfers, new registrations and late payments will
need to be paid in person at the Mallala Office or Two Wells Service Centre. Please refer to "Other Payment Methods" below for details.
As confirmation of the success of your payment, the system will produce an online
receipt which you are advised to print and retain for your records. Transactions
submitted from this site will normally be processed on the next business day.
Other Payment Methods
Payments can be made:
In person at the Council Office, 2a Wasleys Road, Mallala or Two Wells Service Centre, 69 Old Port Wakefield Road, Two Wells
between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
BPAY customers quote Biller Code 9662 and your Assessment Number.
Cheques or Money Orders made payable to "District Council of Mallala" and crossed "Not Negotiable"
can be Mailed together with your tear-off payment slip to District Council of Mallala, PO Box 18,
Mallala SA 5502.
BANK SA: Payment may be made to any Branch of Bank SA. Complete the details on the
Bank Deposit Slip and present the notice intact at the Bank. Bank SA will NOT charge a fee.
CREDIT CARD: Phone 1300 538 833 to pay by Visa or Mastercard. You will need your
Assessment Number, Animal Number or Debtor Number.
